So.. let me introduce… probably first and only 4wd toy car in the world. 3D printed on the wheel side. Completely symmetrical structure. All angles safe for print. It was a full week of work and test prints of all different details. I had to figure out many things. For instance each axis has its own lock/socket so the axis is not sliding. Also if anything breaks it still should run.
NO SUPPORTS
The model is done for 3D printing.
Distance between axis and model is 0.4mm .
0.16mm layer height
0.4mm nozzle
SPEED is important to get nice details. PRINT SLOW!
External perimeters 5mm/s
Perimeters 10mm/s
