Post-WWII Japanese combat

1591532555372s.jpg Are these incidents the most significant/severe examples of combat in/by Japan post-WWII?

Are there any other law enforcement operations that turned into such prolonged shitshows as Asamo-Sanso?

On the non-national level I know ~130 Japanese citizens, ‘houseboys’, fought in the Korean war after being (illegally) brought along by the GIs they worked for.

Also at least one Japanese citizen (who apparently wasn’t ethnically Japanese) joined the Army of the Republic of Srpska in the Yugoslav wars.
