This is my design for a triple independent lead-screw system to take advantage of some more advance features in marlin (G34 Auto Align Z). This will require some firmware changes and support for 3 individual divers for each stepper.
With this system and a bl touch, I was able to record a bed level variance between each lead-screw of 0.005mm, which is more than overkill but was a great test of the system. These measurements were later proven with a DTI gauge.
Parts List (Printed)
2x Corner Stepper mounting bracket, (one will need to be mirrored)
2x Corner Bed Mount, (can be mirrored to get both logos visible)
2x (Optional) Corner Pillow Bearing plate
1x Center stepper mounting bracket (two versions as described in the update section)
1x Centre Bed mount ( Either embedded nut or orginal thumbscrew)
1x Centre Bed retaining plate
1x (Optional) Center Pillow bearing plate
Extra hardware (X5S Only)
1x T8 Lead-screw & Nut (I used 450mm ones which are a little shorter than the stock ones)
1x Stepper Motor (and wiring loom)
1x Stepper coupler
Assorted bolts.
Assembly.
This system re-uses the mounting holes on the bed frame, to mount the corner bed brackets, replace the two m4 bolts for longer ones and use a nut and washer to retain the mount in place. Or use 4 short m4 bolts, two from each side.
The center bed mount is situated around the middle leveling spring for the bed. I have added a pass through hole for the spring and bolt, Using an embedded nut for tension or a longer bolt and the factory thumbscrew.
The rest should be simple to assemble.

Update – 03/6/20
Due to the different heights of stepper motors I have added a second file for the center system stepper mount. This part is over-sized and will need to be cut down in the slicer.
To match your stepper motor height, measure the height of the stepper body and then add 4mm, place the stl with the stepper mounting face on the bed and cut the model to your requirements.
