This allows you to put 4 nozzles face-down on a flatbed scanner and coarsely determine the diameter using pixel measurement. (size in mm = size in pixels * 25,4 / DPI of the scanner that you have actually set for this scan). This is a coarse measurement and probably not a good idea to use it for calibration, but you can use it to tell if printing a lot of weird filaments like the ones containing wood, metal, carbon fiber, glitter, lume or sand mase the orifice significantly bigger than it should be. You need a scanner that is at very least 600 dpi for this to be of any use. if the nozzles fall out and you do not want that, set the horizontal expansion a bit higher, like 0.1-0.2mm higher. I just didn’t want them to be hard to remove, as in my nozzle holder I made previously I made it too narrow and now removing is annoying.
