This a my design of a dust cover for the Silverback SRS that can be customised to fit any text that the user desirers. It replaces the standard dust cover and is purely for aesthetics and has no additional performance purpose.
Attached in the files is a f3d file that can be opened with Fusion 360 which would allow you to edit the text on the cover by clicking on “sketch 9” in the timeline in the bottom left and right clicking and selecting “edit sketch”. When this is selected, double click the text and alter the text to suite you. You can then export it as an stl. file and print.
I haven’t trialled this method to editing the text so if it works or doesn’t work for you then please let me know and I can try another way to allow you to edit it.
I thought this would be a cool project to give to the community for free so all I ask is that you share you makes on this post so I can see it being used and created to make it feel worthwhile.
Many thanks, Happy printing!
