This is a fully 3D printable and Functional Hurdy Gurdy that i have designed. The majority of this project uses tight tolerances, so i recommend printing the HG Tolerance Test i made specifically for this before printing the Hurdy Gurdy. I made a manual on how to put the whole thing together, but keep note of the file names and numbers i gave them as they will be helpful when putting the pieces together when reading the manual.

(Use Rosin on the wheel and roll cotton around the strings to produce sound. I would also recommend wrapping the edge of the wheel in leather or thin wooden strip and coat them in rosin as well to increase the durability of the wheel, but if not then use nylon strings instead of metal gutted strings. Just a suggestion.)
