My take on a 3D printed ear protector, designed for maximum comfort. Made out of TPU to gently wrap around the back of the wearer’s head. Specifically designed not to have any hard surfaces or sharp points.
There are two versions of this design:
V2 is the current version, which can be printed in under an hour, and has been tested with 95A TPU.
V1 is a much thicker version, which may work better for softer materials (e.g. TPE). I would not recommend printing this unless you find that V2 is too flexible.
