This is a curved remix of 3dprintingworld’s Collapsing Katana. The radius of the curve is 3 meters and feels about right for the curve, although I’ve never held a real katana.
I’ve included the basic .stp template and several versions of the .stl files. I found that printing the tip by itself resulted in better prints for me as it tended to curl up at the overhang and break the end of the tip from the bed. Others with better printers may be able to print it all at once.
The handle is very plain, hopefully someone else can remix this to include a nice handle wrap.
