PROFAPLA face shield

PROFAPLA (PROtection Faciale imprimable à PLAt) is a support for a facial protection’s flexible screen.

It is printable in 13 MINUTES ONLY and uses 5g ONLY.

PROFAPLA is an upgradeable solution, meant to be adjusted and improved in the future thanks to the feedbacks of our users.

PROFAPLA is fast to produce, especially using 3D printing (13 minutes only). It is usable upon production completion without any secondary assembly operation.

The design of PROFAPLA has been created based on the precise statistical data of head measurements (dimensions, outlines, shape). It is therefore comfortable to wear and will fit the greatest number of potential users, male or female.

PROFAPLA enables the protection of the entire face, without restricting mobility, as a complement of a filtering mask such as FFP2 or FFP3.

PROFAPLA is dedicated to all those :

• Exposed to a contamination risk by the COVID-19,

• In need of a facial protection not obstructing the movements,

• Having access to and resort to sterilisation by regular means,

• Wishing to take a flat facial protection (support and screen included)
