This feeder lever of the Anycubic i3 Mega S is a sparepart that causes less friction while extrusion. This is possible because of the 12mm PTFE insert inside the feeder.
Just Print the part. Cut a 12mm log standart PTFE tube. Insert it inside the feeder lever with a plier. The assambleing on the feeder motor takes less then 5 minutes.
If you not sure how to assamble: you can finde the assamble process video on my instagram account: 3d_printing_yeti
