Hello, this is my first post on Thingiverse, I hope I’m doing it the right way.
I’m no expert in 3D printing, I found two designs and combined them to turn the bolts into thumbscrews.
Original design:

Thumbscrew caps I used:

I have no idea (yet) how to use the Customizer because I can’t make it work in my browser so I prepared a set of different sizes:
Nuts are:
12mm (outer)
6.9mm (inner)
Bolts are (screw part length):
16mm
26mm
36mm
46mm
I printed them on Monoprice Mini Delta with following settings:
Filament Type: PLA
Nozzle Temperature: 205°
Bed Temperature 60°
Infill: 30% (increase it to make them sturdier)
Optimize Wall Printing Order and Infill Travel Optimization in Cura settings (to avoid stringing)
I found out that Increasing the model scale in Cura by 3% I can get good measurement accuracy but of course that depends on each printer model/brand
