This was designed to be easily made without a 3D Printer.
Important Note: The PDF version of the template is designed to print to the correct scale, so use it if you are printing. The SVG is included so others can easily edit the design.

How To Build
Materials Needed
-A piece of thin, flexible plastic. I have found that the lid for an ice cream bucket works well.
-Tape or glue
-Permanent marker
-Craft knife
Not Needed, but recommended:
-Hole punch
Making the Template
- Print template out on letter paper. The .pdf version is best for general printing.
- Cut along the dotted line
- Cut each circle out using a hole punch. You can also use a craft knife.
- Cut along the solid black line to finish making the template.
Making the Mask Adapter
- Tape the template to the plastic with your adhesive of choice. Try to position it as far to a side as possible, this way you can get more adapters out of a single piece of plastic.
- Using a permanent marker, trace the outline of the template onto the plastic.
- Remove the template, and cut along the traced edges.
- Use the hole punch to make a hole at the center of each hook outline. If you don’t have a punch, a craft knife can be used (the punch is much, much faster)
- Cut out each hook by following the traced line. The end hook should look something like the outline below.
