Objectives: 3D Print in PLA (my only available material comes with my first 3D printer) a protective shielding against pollutants and extends the usage of a 3M 2091/2097 filters, easily cleanable with wipes. No glue needed for the assembly.
V1: Dome shape: too much support needed, the result was not satisfying, but just if anyone interested: https://www.tinkercad.com/things/0G2iPEdutNi
V2.1: too heavy on the top cover, takes too much time to print, but the bridging prints fine. Bottom covers holes has risks of exposes, experimented with another design lighten the weight, but becomes too weak.
V2.2: Reduced weight on both top & bottom covers, eliminated holes on the bottom covers, chamfered edges for better releases from the printing plate.

This version is satisfying for my own purpose. You could try if you like it.
Printing note:
Top cover: suggest to use “concentric” in “Top/Bottom Pattern”, to deal with the bridging
