I took the face mask approved by the NIH (National Institute of Health) and I modify it for easy print without supports.
I suggest to read the instructions they made for the mask here https://3dprint.nih.gov/discover/3dpx-013429
Also, for more information about covid 3d printing stuff I suggest to read this https://www.reddit.com/r/3Dprinting/comments/fke0oz/coronavirus_3d_printing_megathread/
You have to resize the mask to the 10%
For the filter you can take a surgical face mask and cut it the size of the filter, you can take 4 filters out of a single surgical face mask.
For the elastic straps I took an old sleeping mask and cut it.
The “mask v37” is the big one, the difference with the small one is basically the nose shape and the chin part.
The “mask cap” is the same for both masks, I added a part for easy removal.
I printed the masks with PLA filament because I don’t have nylon, nontheless is suggested to print it with nylon.
