This mask is not intended for medical use. The cut HEPA filters in this model are compromised and will not provide the same level of protection that they would intact. HEPA filters may contain glass particles that could be inhaled and damage the lungs. Wear at your own risk.
This mask requires no molding after it is printed.
The Mask Cup can be printed in 3 sizes (Small, Medium, and Large). I have been printing all three sizes without supports using PLA+ filament. The rectangular portion of the mask is the same size for all 3 mask sizes reducing the need to print different size cages and gaskets.
The Cage and Gaskets are printed using Flexible (TPU) Filament.
There are two Tightener and Cage sizes (7mm and 26mm) these should be selected based upon the bands you plan on using. Again both the 7mm and 26mm cage will fit on all three mask sizes.
