This is the design of a Face Shield Mask for protection against the Covid-19 Virus for medical staff and workers.
The design is based off existing designs for mounting. However it has been optimised heavily to reduce the use of material (12grams when not using brim/skirt/raft) as well as taking up only 190x66mm of build area. I have included a pdf stencil that can be used to cut 2x top cover pieces instead of printing them, saving precious time and filament.
Materials required to make the full face shield:
1x 3D printer + filament
1x A4 plastic sheet (2 if making the top cover)
1x Hole puncher
1x Scissors
1x Stanley knife/box cutter (if making the top cover)
