This solid version of the Smoothed face shield can be stacked with a two-layer gap between them. We are printing them at 90% scale so that we can fit four at a time on the plate of our Ender 5 Plus and we are stacking them eight high so we are getting 32 per print per machine. This allows us to make effective use of the overnight time and get as many shields as possible out to medical providers and first responders FREE OF CHARGE.
