i found the distance between face and mask too close,
so i rebuilt it in fusion360 and modified the ~15mm to a 30mm distance
also i’ve created a stack generator, so i can print more masks over night (see files)
IMPORTANT:
The gap in between is 0,4mm wide
i did some experimentation and that was the gap, my prusa was able to produce reliable prints on.
also included: the scematics on how to staple the shields

i remixed my design to generate the US version as well.
