The mask was designed for high-end fusion printing using Nylon, but with some modifications I have made it compatible with FDM printers, and was printed in TPU on Prusa MK3S with tree supports, as shown above. It comes in two different sizes and any type of filters can be cut to size (2.25″ sq) which is slightly smaller than the outlet.
I will soon add supports for the child mask as well as adding more support options to better support different printers and materials. The cover works with both mask sizes and should be printed vertically, not flat as shown above.
