40mm filter housing fan Flashforge Adventurer 3 / Voxel Monoprice / Bresser

Hi guys – just discovered that another rebatch of the FF Adventurer 3 appears, named BRESSER 3D printer. This one gots a HEPA filter for printing – So I just tried to design something similar to reduce the smell while ABS printing.

My version is capable of taking a filter + carbon filter in order to reduce toxic fumes.

I cut the filter pieces out of a kitchen extractor hood filter.

The holes at the corners are in about 4mm, I drilled them to 5mm to fit my 5mm neodymium magnets, do not drill to deep, in any case, you can push them back thru the holes from the opposite side if needed. The filter housing fits perfectly (beware of the orientation) and stays in position by the magnets.
