I made the several models of “Fan” used for the turbofan engine as follows;

In recent years, the new concept fan has begun to be used in medium-sized engines (with 50-inch class fan). It is called “Blisk Fan”.
Blisk is the name for the rotor that combines the blade and the disk.
Blades are manufactured by machining.
Blisks have long been used in small and large engines for compressors that have short blades and do not need to be replaced on the field.
This fan seems to have been born out of the new concept that puts priority on reducing the number of parts, reducing weight and improving efficiency over than maintainability.
I made this to compare those features.
A. Parts of this model;
① Fan, Blisk type – Made of titanium is common.
B. Download files includes;
-files: STL Files= 2 items
STL file name: “ws” of last 2 digits means “With Support” which special designed.
C: Purchase Parts Information;
-Screws, M2x8 – as the tool
D. Assembly Points
- Not necessary special skill.
E. Total Net Print Time: Approx. 7 HR - (Estimated as case of PLA, 0.4mm Nozzle, 0.2mm Layer Height, 40% infill and No raft and support)
Note: When at actual print, each parameter may be adjusted by your experience.
F. 3D printing settings
Raft, Layer Height, Infill: Depending on your experience.
My models were printed by “idbox” using with 0.4 nozzle, 1.75 PLA.
I do hope you enjoy making!!
