Pictures to come, I ran these off to my neighbor before I thought of taking a picture. I figured laser cutting these out of thin acrylic would be a lot faster then 3D printing them. 1 of these takes my laser cuter 45 seconds. I couldn’t find a file to use so I re-designed this to suit a laser cutter. The original turned out very brittle, I added quite a bit of structural integrity so this version is quite strong.
*** Disclaimer: I just did this tonight, this will be undergoing testing by medical staff in the coming days to see if it will work. Will update to know how it went. If all goes well I’ll be donating these to my local hospitals and clinics.
