Need to print NinjaFlex 1.75mm filament but it gets stuck on between the gears?
Try out this adaptor which reduces the gap between feeders and v-shape element in your dual gear extruder, from 0.8 mm down to 0.3mm. This 3D printed PETG feature adds an addition filament constraint by drastically reducing the jam occurrence within the extruder:
You will find here:
-Fusion 360 cad file
-STL file
-Cura settings to print the adaptor in PETG
-Cura settings to print the adaptor in NinjaFlex. (Note this settings provide in order for you to print out the same adapter design in flexible filament as quality test after installing the PETG adaptor.)
Be aware the wall thickness is only 0.5 mm which is very challenging to print out with the TPE flexible filament. In my case the test went very well by using the adaptor with an impressive printing quality at 0.1 mm layer thickness (see picture here enclosed).
ENJOY!
