This is a modification of a face shield I found online at https://ift.tt/2Jy93oU
After using the files, I modified them slightly for laser cutting the plastic shield with square holes instead and also elongated the tabs on the outside squares of the 3d object.
I’ve been printing these out and giving them out to my community in Poway, CA. I wanted to share the modified files for anyone who has a laser cutter to easily make some without modification.
The shield part is made with cheap transparency film that’s 8.5″ x 11″
Visor_laser_v3.svg is a single laser cut file.
Visor_laser_v3-5x.svg is a layout with 5 visors for laser cut.
Flattened_Mask.stl is the 3d printable file
Visor_Laser_mask_square_holes_v2.svg is the layout for laser cutting the plastic.
