After few prototypes and tests, herebelow my shield design for medical personnel against Covid-19
Some keypoints:
• No bolts
• Covered top
• PVC plastic sheet 0.2 mm thick (Amazon) to be added
• Slots and hooks for different type of elastic band to be added
• 3 hours printing time
Some notes:
The PVC plastic sheet is hold in “landscape mode” by a narrow groove. After 3d printing, such groove
needs to be checked with a narrow knife to make sure the PVC will be accommodated correctly.
