Artillery Sidewinder X1 – Small accessories

I don’t know for you but for me my Artillery Sidewinder X1, good machine, has lack of some small useful accessories.

I made three of them.

1- Hook for electrical cutting plier.

If there is an usefull accessorie for 3d printing, it is an Electrical Cutting Plier. I like to have it always near the printer. So I made this simple hook very easy to install. You only have to unscrew the middle screw bolt, put the hook and screw on.

2- A filament cleaner

This filament cleaner is designed to take place over the teflon tube of the extruder. You have to put in a piece of sponge ou foam and pass the the filament through it.

3- A usb/sd card cover

This printer has a great and rare feature : both an usb and sd card reader. But the bad idea was to put them wtithout protection oriented to top. The best place to collect filament dust and any unimaginable things. This cover offer a protection with two lids : one for sd and one for usb. The hinge is made by a piece of 1.75 filament and teh cover is fixed with double sided tape on the printer.

Everything is made without supports and with low infill (10% is enough).

Note If you are asking yourself what is the red pice near the cover, it is my best invention : the Great Gratouille ! That I suggest you to print to clean your nozzles without damages.
