3D printed safety goggle with changeable foil / glass

Main advantage of this project is fact, that you can use it with different types of glass / foil.

Thickness of the glass / foil is from minimum to 3 mm and you have to use just longer or shorter screws.

You need 6x M3 screws + nuts (nylon or stell).

Printing time <2h (0,32 mm layer height is enough for this project, I’m using 0,4 mm nozzle for this).

Best material for this project is PET-G. It will also work with PLA and ABS.

Best foil is 0,5 mm PET foil. Below you can find pattern of shape of this foil. It will help you to cut it out.

This model fits perfect to my face (no gaps).

Of course you can add some sponge to the edge, then it will be more comfortable.
