With this mask we, as developers of individual medical aids, want to enable the production for the protection of all.*

The mask is specially optimized for FFF (or FDM) 3D printing. It can be printed without supports and is designed to save space.

This version offers the following changes compared to V1.07:

  • four-point headband attachment for a more comfortable fit
  • optional protective cap against external ingress of water etc.
  • more steps to fix the filter cap
  • protective cap fastening with plug connection and glue

For professionals who have to wear such a mask for a longer period of time, we can also adapt the mask by means of a video and our script.

This mask published here is adapted to one of our team members and can used for all. We also welcome your feedback and suggestions for improvement.

Stay healthy!

*: Note: This mask is the first version created by us. There may be extensions / changes due to subsequent improvements. The mask is not medically certified. We cannot assume any liability for the quality of the printed objects. The mask only protects if a filter material is inserted. How well it protects depends on the filter material.
