I have an exact copy of the original Shimano spacers designed for four-piston brakes such as the Saint and Zee . The spacers serve as a backup when the wheel has been removed.
I had problems getting a nice surface on the bottom, so I made a second version optimized for 3D printing.
Material should not matter but I’ve used ABS. I’ve used a Raft for better bed adhesion with ABS, but if you have an encloused printer or print in PLA you don’t need one.
