There are 2-piece models (cutout frame and stamp) for 3D printing:

• Height frame = 12 mm.
• Height stamp = 5 mm.
  
  I made convenient protrusions of 2 mm for grabbing!

Printer Settings:

• Layer height = 0.2 mm.
• Line width = 0.4 mm.
• Wall Thickness 1.2 mm.
• Wall line count = 3.
