Many students have asked me for advice about coping with stress. In my personal life, I have found meditation invaluable for not only reducing stress and anxiety, but for enjoying the fullness of life. This is the first recording I’ve ever made like this, so I’d love your feedback. Also let me know if there are specific things you’re dealing with that you’d love meditations for.
