If you have multiple rolls of filament used with a 3D printer then it’s important to know the printing characteristics of each roll. A heat tower is a record of those characteristics. This container is designed to be a close fit for the Heat Tower (190-240) 5mm steps by Akiland. It will preserve the shape, printing defects and strings produced by the printing process for future reference. It is designed specifically for the heat tower by Akiland. Because this is a very close fit you should print the container using the same type filament used for the tower. The container fits in the center hole of the filament roll for storage. A peal and stick envelop label works well to document the information about the roll.
