M3D Quad Fusion Bowden Hat ( Quaden) Remix

So I liked all the different Quad Fusion Bowden hat designs, but I felt like I could make the best one by marrying all the features I like the most from all the different designs, so here you have it!

This mod reduces the stress/binding on the filament around the turns within the quad block primarily on tools 0 & 3.

You will need to remove the Tool Number/Color Sticker on the Quad block for this to seat properly.

I won’t lie to you, printing this will take a very tightly calibrated printer.

Print at .1mm layer height 50% infill, 4 Bottom perimeters, 4 walls, 6 top walls.

Hardware Needed:

4 M3 x 10mm Screws

1 M3 x 20-30mm Screw

5 M3 Washers

5 M3 Lock Washers
