This is a headlight adjuster for a Saturn SC2 though it may fit other GM vehicles. My 20+ year old adjusters cracked and fell apart. No problem, I’ll just whip up some new ones using 3D printing! I may have been able to get them from an auto store…but I’d rather not spend the time driving from one place to another to find an aftermarket part that will probably not fit well. I spent that time designing one that fits great. Some slight wiggle room from side to side in case the aluminum casting it fits in is not perfect. I used PETG which gave enough flex to allow the clip to fit in the headlight housing without breaking off the little tabs. No need to thread the hole for the adjuster screw, it fit tight and “self threaded”. I printed these at .2 resolution with 20% infill (though 100% or anything in between would work). Hope somebody can find this part useful.
