filament storage box, with integrated dry box and humidity/temp sensor
I dont like printing to much with support structure, I devided parts and glued them on with 2k glue. You can remix and edit the stl files with a CAD program and join parts.
I´m currently still working on the shaft diameter, I first wanted to use bearings, but it works fine without. So I´ll need to update that part.
Short instructions:
- Glue T1&T2 together
- Glue T2&T3 togehter
- Glue one T4 on each side of the holders (4 in total)
- Glue T10 (foot) to the bottom side of one of the wto halves
- use 1.75mm TPU filament as seal and stick it on the contact surface between the holders
- Use Bolt&Nut to fix T8&T9 to T4
the rest should be self explaining
You´ll need to print the following parts:
Housing Part 1:
1x T1_Housing_without_Window
Housing Part 2:
2x T2_Housing_Without_Filament_Exit
Housing Part 3:
1x T3_Housing_Part3
Holder hinge:
4x T4_Holder_Hinge
Filament shaft:
1x T4_Holder_Hinge
Silikat box part 1:
1x T6_Silikat_Box_T1
Silikat box part 2:
1x T7_Silikat_Box_T2
Hinge
1x T8_Hinge
Lock:
1x T9_Lock
Foot to equal out uneveness
2x T10_Foot
Optional parts
Docking Station
1x T11_Docking_Station
Blanking Plug to close the teflon filament hose
1x T12_Blanking_Plug
