I hope everyone had a good Easter!
This is a shot of an ‘Easter Lily’ (Lilium Longiflorum)
It is endemic to Okinawa in Japan, can grow up to a meter in Height, and has a number of trumpet shaped flowers that hang out from the stems.
I shot this flower in a number of different ways, mostly close ups of the petals, and/or buds, but in the end decided i wanted to include some background to show its trumpet like shape, but still keeping attention on the front of the Lily itself.
Shot with 1 external speedlite at 1/16 power, using wireless trigger and receiver, and the DIY coffee cup Snoot/ Tissue Diffuser.
