There is a snapshot of the terrain in jpg format. It has points with known geographical coordinates (latitude and longitude). You want to use this image to generate a GeoTIFF file with a coordinate reference (in matlab)… (Budget: $30 – $250 USD, Jobs: Cartography & Maps, Geographical Information System (GIS), Geospatial, Matlab and Mathematica)
