Bane Mask – a prosthetic attachment for the Montana Mask

IMG_20200412_104706.jpg

Have you printed a Montana Mask? Are you tired of looking like everybody else? Now you can accessorize your mask to change your look. This design is a snap-on, press fit attachment for your montana mask that turns you into the Batman villain Bane. It is prosthetic only and does nothing to enhance the functionality of the mask.

If you have scaled your mask for a different fit, don’t forget to scale this as well. However, if you have printed the mask scaled down to a smaller size and forgot to print this equally scaled down, it has four small anchor holes that can be used to attach this to the mask.

The tubes at the chin wrap under the part, so support material from the build plate will be necessary for printing

If you want the Fusion design file to adapt your own prosthetic, good news,I have shared. Please see the included f3d file to import into fusion 360. Each element was added as a new body, so the tubes can be removed and another design can be built up on the same plate to attach to your mask. I hope to see more fun designs pop up.
