COVID-19 Visor Shortage

A friend who works as a doctor at a local hospital reached out to me tonight…

He mentioned that protective personal equipment (PPE) visors for hospital staff were starting to run low, due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

He asked if it was feasible to locally crowdsource 3d printed visors.

I discovered the great work that Budmen Industries produced here:
https://budmen.com/

But I wanted to produce a 3d printed PPE visor that didn’t need any additional assembly after printing. Something as simple as possible to get the job done.

This is what I’ve come up with so far:

1) Print the visor frame

2) Attach a standard 3-hole punched sheet protector

3) Attach a rubber band to the back

4) Place over forehead
