Upon adding all of the components needed to outfit our duck house with gutters for rain water collection I was appalled at how expensive the gutter hanger brackets were compared to the gutter itself! At $2.45 each, and when you need one every 24″ the project gets expensive quickly so what does any self-respecting 3D printing guru do: search Thingiverse! I found the exact replica of the clip already uploaded (and listed as the source to this remix), but that part wasn’t optimized for printing.
I’ve taken the original geometry (with some minor exclusions) and tweaked it so that it requires no supports, yet still functions just as well as the purchased part.
Since this is going to be exposed to all of the outdoor elements, printing with a UV stable filament such as ASA is recommended.
Hopefully you can use this thing to save yourself some money on your next house or garden project!

As printed, this part costs $0.65 with ASA filament.
