The Shattered Archipelago (Elevation Map) – April 25, 2023 at 10:05PM

The Shattered Archipelago is a region in the world for my DnD game. As customary, there was some big event 750 years ago that broke the area into a bunch of different, more or less concentric pieces. This event is called “The Shatter”, and marked the climax of the extinction event also known as “The Shatter”.

That’s all in the past, though, and we care about the now. In the center of this concentric archipelago is the city of Stormheart, conveniently located in the eye of a hurricane. From it, precious materials like Eldritch remnants of the epicenter of the Shatter, are mined and distributed to buyers elsewhere. It’s undergoing a kind of gold rush.
