So I’m trying to print a topographical map of a US state. The state is hilled with hills and mountains, and I want to capture those. I used LiDAR and USGS to gather the map and now have a pretty heavy/complicated stl file (it’s downsized so it’s manageable, just VERY detailed).
When I tried to print it very small it looked pretty bad. I’m reprinting it at a larger size but I am unsure as of how to make the print quality come out better. The only thing I could find online was to make the layer height smaller (.01 instead of .02), but I want to make sure this print comes out better.
