Here’s a Covid 19 Medical Face Shield. It requires no tools and uses PVC Binder covers as the transparent plastic, or transparency film.

It comes with an optional nose piece, and has rear hooks for extra elastic if required.

If you wear glasses, you probably don’t need to fit the nose piece.
