Don’t you love recipes that are so easy to make you can hardly believe it’s true? I feel this way about this easy slow cooker pasta recipe. Frozen ravioli is thrown into a crockpot with only a handful of other ingredients to create a perfect, comforting dinner.
The flavors in this dish rival that of home-cooked lasagna but take way less effort. This is one of those super easy recipes I make on busy nights and also to impress guests. Consider adding this to your rotation pronto! My family loves this recipe and I hope yours does, as well.
HOW TO MAKE THIS EASY CROCKPOT RAVIOLI RECIPE
Do you love lasagna? This dish is similar in flavor but gets switched up with cheese-filled ravioli for a super easy dinner!
STEP 1
Place the following ingredients into a crockpot:

25-oz. bag frozen ravioli

24-oz. jar spaghetti sauce

14.5-oz. can diced tomatoes

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
STEP 2
Cover and cook on low heat for 3 hours. Gently stir twice throughout cooking.
Serve warm and sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top.

Add fresh spinach, mushrooms or diced red onions to the mix for extra flavor!

To enjoy a little spicier version, add a teaspoon of red pepper flakes.
