DJI Mavic Pro spinning out of control and crashing –

This is the second time this has happened to me. The first time it started spinning out of control I was able to swat it back to the ground with my hand. Had to go get stitches at the local hospital though. This time it got quite a bit of altitude first and then went totally out of control. Not sure what the problem is. Only broke a few blades but the arms still work. The gimbal is busted too so this one is going to get sent back.
